HATE CRIMES BILLS:  S. 909 Matthew Shepard Bill  -  H.R. 1913

Both bills provside $10,000,000 in grant money to be given to community groups, colleges and   universities.
  S.909 Section 4 (b) GRANTS (2) – H.R. 1913 Section 3 (b) GRANTS (2)

These bills will make actual or PERCEIVED ‘gender, sexual orientation, and gender identity’ to be   motivations for committing hate crimes.  S.909 Section 4.(a) (1) (C) – H.R. 1913 Sec. 6
  §249. Hate crimes acts (2)

“Sexual orientation” is never identified in either S.909 or H.R. 1913.

The American Psychiatric Association defines 29 deviant sexual orientations in its "Diagnostic and   Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders”, Fourth Edition 2009, pp 566-582 (DSM-IV). Only heterosexuality is   listed as a normal sexual orientation.
Included in the 29 deviant sexual orientations are Gender Identity Disorder, Homosexual/Gay/Lesbian,   Incest, Pedophilia, and Prostitution (See American Family Assn's list of sexual orientations here)

NARTH clinics, with decades of evidence, says homosexuality and gender identity disorders are deviant   behaviors that can be treated www.narth.com

§249. Hate Crimes Act will be added to the United States Code Chapter 13 Title 18 Civil Rights, thereby   equating “sexual orientation” (including homosexuality, incest and prostitution) with slavery.

United States Code Chapter 13 Title 18 Section 245 is entitled “Federally protected activities”.      http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/casecode/uscodes/18/parts/i/chapters/13/sections/section_245.html
If these bills pass, prostitution will be a federally protected activity, since it is included in ‘sexual   orientation’ as a protected status by both Hate Crimes Bills.

Section 245 “Federally protected activities” includes (a)(2)(b)(1)(B) – which states that no one shall   interfere with anyone’s civil right of “participating in or enjoying any benefit, service, privilege, program,   facility, or activity provided or administered by the United States;”
This includes a career in the United States Military.

By raising “sexual orientation” to a protected status by both Hate Crimes Bills and the United States   Code, the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy that forbids homosexuals from serving in the US Military would be   negated.

Matthew Shepard was killed by drug addicts during a robbery, not because of his sexual orientation.   http://www.gaylesbiantimes.com/?id=3998

The Ex-Gay Story in the Pop Music World "Italy's "Festival di San Remo," the most   important musical happening in my country which is seen on T.V. by millions of   Italians, became the unlikely platform this year for a powerful ex-gay testimony. The   singer, Giuseppe Povia, winner of the festival in 2006, presented a song entitled,   "Luca Era Gay" (Luca was once gay) -- SEE VIDEO HERE. The title of his song,   implying that some gays can change to heterosexuality, was sufficient to destabilize   the Italian gay movement..."read more here
